These are coven guidelines

1) Only one coven membership per person. You can determine someone's coven membership by accessing their profile and viewing their rank or group(their forum posts will reveal the full list) which should be shown in brackets next to the username also their Group position may show it depending on their user position.

covens are passworded for extra protection. I will place a password and give it to the coven leader.

if you wish to join a coven contact the coven leader to gain the password and wait for them to grant you permission into their coven

remember if you have an administrative position you cannot have the coven listed as your group because you will loose your administrative powers.

Depending on your user group you may not see all the covens listed so visit the coven list for the current covens you can possibly join. or the Coven page to view all active covens

if you wish to leave a coven contact the coven leader or my self.

If you are a coven leader and wish to remove a member due to disrespect of your personal coven rules. Go to their profile pages and place them as "user"

also note the permissions of coven

Coven owner - This person is the coven creators and have final say over the coven. They can be either a priestess or priest.

Council - the council is a collective of individuals who's main job to assist the Coven owners in managing the forum

Roles

Coven owner /assistant director - They manage the coven and often are the ones responsible for Removing members creating coven rules , can add spells and rituals

Council - Assist in adding educational posts in the coven, manage coven forum, and add spells and rituals.

note: Only Council and higher can add spells, no user without such position can add spells to a coven unless you have an administrative position
